When I first entered the office at Licata Clinic, my balance was off, I had poor circulation in my hands and legs, I had congestion caused by both sinus and allergies, this then caused my equilibrium to be off.  I don t know how long I suffered since I just learned to adjust to the pain by taking various vitamins and mineral supplements, trying to exercise and trying to get control of my diet.

I did not have to wait long to see the doctor and was always greeted warmly.  The staff at the Licata Clinic are great listeners.  They actually heard what I was saying and if unsure, asked questions and made an effort to find a solution.  The result is now my movements have increased without the pain.  I had not realized how much I had hesitated to do such simple things like open a jar of tomato sauce or change a light bulb.  Now, I do it and not think twice about it.

I would recommend Dr. Licata for those that have never seen or worked with a chiropractor.  I would recommend those that may have a bad experience with one in the past to meet Dr. Licata.  Dr. Licata is very good at explaining how the body should work and correcting it, in a gentle manner, when it doesn t.

I came to see Dr Licata for my shoulder pain.  I could hardly move my left shoulder and I was also getting pains in my neck, back and waist.  

Dr Licata is someone who listens to his patients.  He is patient, respectful, and dedicated to helping you find a solution to your needs.  He always saw me as a human being who needed to heal, and not just as a number.  And that is why I think he is called to be a doctor.  

At the beginning of care, I  worried that I wasn t getting better fast enough.  Of course, all patients want to get better immediately! But with the doctor s help, I learned that healing is a process that takes time, and does not happen by magic!

My pain has improved 85%!  My movement has improved 90%! I have much less difficulty performing my work, or doing things around the house.  Thank you for helping me with my health.

I was having arm and hand pain for 4 years.  I would get severe pain in my right arm and hand whenever I would use them for any length of time.  I couldn’t do any lifting, and would even get pain while driving or using the mouse and work.  I had to learn to use the mouse on my left side, because the pain was so severe. 

I had MRI’s, CT scans, and X-rays.  I saw my general practitioner and an oncology surgeon, and they told me it was related to the surgery I had 10 years ago for breast cancer. 

I saw Dr Licata and he told me that there was a kink in the top of my neck, and that he could not guarantee that it was related to my arm, but assured me that I would start to see some changes in the rest of my body. 

I attended my company picnic a few weeks after starting care with Dr Licata and participated in our sports events.  I was amazed that I was able to play 3 games of volleyball without any pain.  I was so excited to be pain free, but thought to myself, I will surely feel the effects of this tomorrow morning.   Yet, I awoke the next day Pain-Free!

I called Dr Licata to tell him the great news, and to brag about my team’s trophy from the day’s competitions.  He was very pleased to hear about my results, and cautioned me that we were not out of the woods yet, and that my correction was not totally stable. 

It has been over a year later, and I am thrilled with the results of my care, and am amazed that my arm and hand pain could be helped by fixing my neck.
